- Crew dispatch and "on the way" notifications on your move day

How to Opt Out
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. After you opt out, we will send one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed and will not send further marketing or non-essential SMS messages. You may still receive necessary transactional or operational messages directly related to a confirmed move already in progress (for example, day-of arrival notifications). To resume messages later, reply START, or contact us directly.
Help and Support
Reply HELP to any message to receive a response with our contact information, or email us directly at support@dalviamoving.com. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. We are not responsible for delays or failures in delivery of any message, as that delivery is subject to effective transmission from your carrier.
Carrier Information
Carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and other U.S. mobile carriers, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers are subject to change at any time.
04Sharing of Information
We share your information only with parties who help us operate our business and only to the extent necessary to provide the service you requested. These include:
- Service providers who help us run our website, manage our customer records, send SMS notifications (Twilio, Inc.), process payments (Stripe, Inc.), and handle email communications
- Authorized D'Alvia Moving crew members and dispatchers who need your information to perform your move
- Legal and regulatory authorities when required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your mobile phone number or SMS consent information with third-party marketers or affiliates under any circumstances.
05Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, comply with our legal and accounting obligations (typically up to seven years for completed moves), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.
